Tipster: All tipsters membership is subject to prior approval. TipsterAcademy.com reserves the right to refuse service to any new or existing tipster, in its sole discretion, with or without cause. TipsterAcademy.com reserves the right to refuse to do business with anyone, at any time, for any reason.

TipsterAcademy.com reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any tipster, for any reason at any time, with or without notice and regardless of any previous conditions.

By using The Tipsteracademy.com website, you warrant that:

  • You are 18 years of age and that there is no legal reason that you cannot enter into a binding agreement.
  • Your Scene Name does not and will not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary right, and you will not publish on the internet your personal details linked to your scene name.
  • Your Scene Name will remain the property of TipsterAcademy and you will not, in any case, use this Scene Name in any other website apart from TipsterAcademy.com.
  • You will not sell the tips you have published on TipsterAcademy.com to any other third parties or on any service or website.
  • You will not disseminate the tips you find on the TipsterAcademy.com site to other betting sites or forums.
  • TipsterAcademy reserves the right to use the selections made and the analysis provided by tipsters on trial in any way that they see fit.
  • TipsterAcademy.com might provide gambling information such as odds for facilitating the tips deposit. But TipsterAcademy.com will not be liable for any incorrect odds and lines posted at its website. Tipsters have to check with their bookmaker for the latest odds, as odds and lines might fluctuate, often without notice.
  • Tipsters must make at least 10 picks before they become eligible to be publish online.
  • Tips must be posted a minimum of two hours before the start of the event.
  • Tipsters that are inactive (3 months of consecutive inactivity) will be removed from the tipping team.
  • Previews that contain ONLY news from external websites (BBC, Skysports, etc...) without personal analysis/commentary are not accepted and will be deleted.
  • Previews containing doubles or any other combos are not accepted.
  • You undertake to act responsibly and not direct abuse towards TipsterAcademy staff or users via email, telephone, social media sites or any other medium.
  • Failure to abide by these rules could result in the closure your account without notice by the TipsterAcademy.com team.


Privacy policy

TipsterAcademy.com respects the privacy of its users and promises not to disclose personal or business information to third parties without the express permission of the individual concerned.
